Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what arrives. Because we sell sealed collectible product, our policy has to balance that against a risk every card seller faces — once a sealed product is opened, no one can verify what was inside it.
Unopened product — 30 days
You can return any unopened, factory-sealed item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The product must be in the same condition you received it, with the original factory seal fully intact.
Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the buyer. Please email info@simplifiedtcg.com before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return address and give you a reference number. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be matched to your order.
Opened product — not returnable
Once a pack, box or bundle has been opened, we can't accept it back. This is standard across the trading card industry: after opening, the contents can't be verified, and we will not resell product we cannot guarantee. Please be sure before you open.
Opening a sealed product is not a defect. Pull rates are set by the manufacturer and are random — not getting the card you hoped for isn't grounds for a return.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items — on us
If your order arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or never arrives, that's our problem to fix, not yours. Email info@simplifiedtcg.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date if the parcel never arrives) with your order number and photos where relevant. We'll replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. You won't be asked to pay return shipping in these cases.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process the refund it usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer — that part is out of our hands.
Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our fault (damaged, wrong or undelivered item).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it unopened under the 30-day policy above.
