Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

We ship from mainland China — the market these cards are printed and sold in. We say this up front because it matters: it's why we can source genuine sealed Simplified Chinese product, and it's why delivery takes longer than a domestic order.

Rates

• $10 flat rate to anywhere we ship.
• Free shipping on orders over $150 — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Delivery time

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your country and local customs processing.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and holidays can add time, and we can't control any of them. What we can control is that every order ships tracked.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after it's issued — that's normal for cross-border shipping and doesn't mean the parcel is lost.

Import duties and taxes

Import duty, VAT or sales tax may be charged by your own country when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout unless your checkout total explicitly shows them. Where they apply, they are the recipient's responsibility.

We declare every shipment accurately. We will not mark orders as gifts or under-declare value — doing so is illegal and puts your parcel at risk.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody could receive it, we'll refund the item price once it comes back, minus the original shipping cost.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, or the parcel is confirmed lost, email info@simplifiedtcg.com and we'll replace it or refund it in full.
