These terms govern your use of simplifiedtcg.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

What we sell

We sell sealed, genuine Simplified Chinese Pokémon Trading Card Game product. We do not sell singles, repacks, or resealed product. Every item is sold exactly as it left the manufacturer.

Sealed products contain randomly assorted cards. Pull rates are determined by the manufacturer. We make no promise as to which cards any individual pack or box will contain.

Free Mind Tech Limited is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or The Pokémon Company. All product names, trademarks and card artwork are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the products we sell.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and product availability can change at any time before you place an order. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We'll tell you if that happens.

Card price data on this site

We publish market price data for Simplified Chinese cards, based on recorded sales. It is provided for reference only. Card values move, our data can be incomplete or delayed, and nothing on this site is investment advice or a guarantee of what any card is worth or will be worth.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — if we can't verify it, if stock is unavailable, if we can't ship to your location, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Age

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to order from us.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
